E-Finances offers financial management software covering several needs: cash management and forecasting with E-Trésorerie, bank communication and payment flows with E-Control Communication, bank and accounting reconciliation with E-Rappro, and payment matching and accounting entry generation with E-Allocation & Posting.
E-Finances solutions are designed for finance departments, CFOs, treasurers, payment managers and accounting teams. They help companies manage their cash more effectively, secure their financial flows and reduce manual processing.
You can request a demo through the dedicated form on the E-Finances website. Please provide your business contact details, the solution you are interested in and the processes you want to improve. This information allows us to prepare a discussion tailored to your financial management challenges.
The investment depends on the range of modules and options selected, as well as the number of bank accounts, financing arrangements and users required.
Your project may cover a specific need or several financial management processes. Our team helps you define the right scope and checks how E-Finances solutions can work together, depending on your environment and the data exchanges required.
For 25 years, E-Finances has supported finance departments, treasurers and accounting teams in their financial management. This experience combines business know-how with hands-on support to help users get started with and make the most of their solutions.
E-Finances provides support for all its solutions, including phone support and contextual help. Training options and support terms are defined with our team, depending on your solution and your contract.
Implementation starts with a technical and functional analysis. We then configure the application together with the client so that teams can be trained. We finish with support during the go-live of the solution.
E-Finances’ strength lies in combining its financial management software with high-quality support. Our approach is built on listening to your needs, understanding your business processes and staying close to users. Beyond the software, our team provides assistance to help clients use their solutions day to day.
You can contact our team to identify the available resources and explain what you need to get started. Contextual help and phone support give you a first point of reference. Any additional training needs should be discussed with your contact at E-Finances.
Configure each sending service with the information provided by your bank: you manage this yourself in E-Control. A SEPA ISO 20022 service (pain.001.001.09) can coexist with an AFB320 service, which is not a SEPA service and is mainly used for non-SEPA and international transfers.
A file produced by your ERP can be imported with the matching service: tick “Prevent file modification” so that E-Control does not alter it. Your ERP must then supply a compliant file, with the addresses required by your bank. If you use integration scripts, have them reviewed: our teams can adapt them under a TMA (application maintenance) contract or as a one-off service.
If E-Control displays the message EBICS_NO_DOWNLOAD_DATA_AVAILABLE, it is not an error: communication with the bank is working, but no data is available for the requested period. This typically happens at weekends, the day after a public holiday, or when the bank publishes statements late. In version 4, banks are queried every day. Try the retrieval again later and, if the statement still does not arrive, contact your bank.
Plan the renewal before the expiry date shown in the certificate. The procedure depends on the bank, but also on the token brand: it differs from one provider to another. Before taking any action, ask us for the procedure to avoid interrupting signatures. Personalised assistance can be provided under a TMA service contract.
Support requests are handled through the support centre (Jira customer portal) rather than by email, so that the history of exchanges is kept. To give a new user access, send us their business email address: they will receive an email invitation, which they must accept.
ISO 20022 is the international XML standard for payment messages, which banks are progressively requiring for credit transfers and direct debits. Its most visible change for companies concerns addresses: they must be split into separate fields instead of a single line of text.
According to the bank communications received by our clients:
Exact requirements vary from bank to bank: refer to the specifications your bank has provided.
Not for unstructured addresses in SEPA: on 9 September 2026, the EPC (European Payments Council) postponed their withdrawal, originally scheduled for 15 November 2026. These addresses can still be used in SEPA formats beyond that date. No new date has been set yet; November 2027 is being considered.
This postponement does not call into question the migration to hybrid or structured addresses, and some countries or infrastructures outside Europe have not adopted it. It only applies to SEPA messages: for international transfers, confirm the deadline with your bank. We recommend that you continue your migration.

Yes, with one nuance depending on where your files come from. Version 4 supports the ISO 20022 pain.001.001.09 format for payments entered directly in the application. Entering structured addresses requires version 4.1, announced from October 2026, which adds new database fields.
If your files are generated from E-Control, you will therefore need to wait for this version. The upgrade is carried out by our teams: contact our support to request scheduling.
Yes: when moving to version 4, SEPA V2 and V9 formats can coexist, provided a distinction by company and/or nature is made in E-Control, which lets you migrate your issuing tools gradually. How long this coexistence lasts depends mainly on your banks: several are gradually phasing out the SEPA V2 format. Check with each of them for their cut-off date.
